• He is a legal advisor and member of the Board of Directors of national and international mercantile companies.
• Leading advisor to companies located both in Spain and abroad, in everything related to commercial contracting.
• He has intervened in numerous acquisitions of companies and core assets and has advised on the corporate restructuring of businesses.
• He has successfully closed a multitude of creditors’ disputes in various mercantile enterprises throughout the national territory.

As a specialist in Labour Law and Social Security

• Great experience in advising companies on labour matters, as well as in the procedural defence of them before the courts.
• He has led numerous collective dismissal proceedings, as well as contract suspension processes, and has successfully intervened in a large number of Employment Regulation Files of large volume companies, due to corporate relocations in the national territory.
• He is also an expert in matters related to senior management, specifically in dismissal proceedings and complex compensation systems.
